Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy is an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of NELLE DEMESMAEKER and is governed by the Terms & Conditions. In case of contradiction between the Terms & Conditions and the Shipping Policy, the latter applies.
We carefully prepare and ship every order from Belgium. All Products are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Belgium and to most countries within the European Union.
For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us at info@nelledemesmaeker.be for more information.
2. Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for Parcels shipped to an incorrect address submitted by the customer.
3. Delivery Times
We strive to process all Orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
The indicated delivery times are estimates and not binding. If a Product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location.
Free shipping may apply for certain Order values or promotions, as indicated on our Website.
5. Partial Deliveries
If you order several Products at once, we may deliver your Order in multiple shipments, depending on availability. In that case, the withdrawal period (as described in our Return Policy) begins once you have received the final Product in your Order.
6. Payment & Shipment
Orders are only shipped once full payment has been received. If payment has not been made within fourteen (14) days of the Order, it will be automatically cancelled.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check your Parcel immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect Products, contact us within 48 hours at info@nelledemesmaeker.be so we can assess and resolve the issue.
If you do not notify us within the designated time, the you will be deemed to have accepted the alleged visual defects (including missing or incorrectness) of the Products.
8. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Once the Parcel is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
If your Order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact the carrier directly and email info@nelledemesmaeker.be so we can assist.
9. Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
NELLE DEMESMAEKER cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
